Shipping policy

Crystal Rose Art and Design offers shipping in, and around the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled; custom order processing times are determined case-by-case. We ship on Monday and Thursday, with the exception of holidays.

As of now we do not offer international shipping.

Crystal Rose Art and Design is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the post office. Once it arrives at the post office it is in the hands of the fulfillment company. However, if you have any problems with your order please contact us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
